I have moved house a dozen times and can honestly say last Friday's move was far and away the most stress-free moving day ever. Domestic Removal
I thought I would take the time to write you a short note to thank you and all your staff for the wonderful job you did in moving us to Dorset earlier this month. As you are aware, we had a number of false starts with the removal date, but each time we contacted your office we were met with understanding and concern, not criticism or discontent. Throughout, it was obvious that you and all your staff were intent on making our move as smooth as possible. We were all a bit disappointed when we arrived, and saw that the place was dirty, and a bit run down. We have had a busy couple of weeks buying in new stuff and cleaning the place, and 1 and Lyn have still not fully unpacked. However, we can now all see the light at the end of the tunnel, and walking on to the top of Chesil Beach in the morning and looking oul to sea makes it all worthwhile. Would you please thank everybody involved for all their hard work?

It was a wet day and some of the furniture had to be carried from the back door round the house which meant that the men got very wet. Nobody moaned. Professional when required but also very friendly and promoted this family run business with 5 stars.
Despite the sofa not fitting in to our new house the lads calmed the situation, took it back to depot without hesitation and gave me time to organise the removal of a window and then the sofa was safely guided through the opening a couple of weeks later.

After 15 years being in my beautiful home me and my husband had decided that now was the time to make the plunge and move to our forever home. As you can imagine the anxiety and sheer thought of moving with 15 years worth of possessions was daunting to say the least, but what can I say, Thomas Masters came to the rescue! From the initial quotation visit I had with Michael, the email correspondence with Natalie through to the actual removal day mine and my husbands minds were completely at ease and nothing was too much trouble for the guys! I was gob smacked with how quick and efficient they were! From arriving at our property at 08:30 we were packed up and unpacked at our new property by midday!! Fantastic! Wow! The guys were kind, funny, friendly and fantastic. We could not fault them at all! At our new property it was a sad occasion for all concerned, especially the elderly lady of the property who was still there to say her final goodbyes after 60 years and the guys were very empathetic and respectful of this. I found that to be a very dignified moment. Thank you. Upon leaving me and my husband at our new property all of the team took the time to shake our hands and wish us well. A first class job with nothing being too much trouble both before the move, during the move and afterwards. As there was a gap between pickup and drop up until I was able to get into my accommodation (this is a temporary move) I was not sure what would fit in. So they came with all my furniture and then kept it on the van and returned to store it for me. I had discussed this with Masters before hand. At no extra cost to the original estimate which I considered good for the work involved. Will certainly use them again. Chris Brown

We had three quotes and chose Masters, not because they were the cheapest but the had something about them that made them stand out from the others . The guy who initially came to visit us was polite and obviously knew his job throughout. There was little if anything of a problem no matter what we asked for. The day was agreed and set and even though this initial weekend date was unable to take place it was more than made up for the work these men did when they did arrive. All of them were courteous and polite with a great sense of humour and equal respect for our belongings. Even when one of the vehicles broke down and we had to have our garage equipment moved the day after the initial move we were delighted in the speed and response they dealt with the problem. I would recommend Masters overall for the work they did and state that it will always be the men who are employed by Masters who make the difference.
